Labor Day Special! The Sunday Jones Comedy Radio Show - Labor Day Events

Well, that's it folks - The Sunday Jones will now go into hibernation until football season is over. Check out this, our last episode of 2013 - A LABOR DAY SPECIAL just for you :)

The Sunday Jones crew will now move on to a new radio show that will air every Wednesday - the new show is The Wednesday Hump and we hope that you guys will love the new show as much as you loved The Sunday Jones.

We will resume The Sunday Jones in February of 2014 when the NFL season comes to an end.

The Season Finale / Labor Day Special includes the original gang discussing Sporting KC, Fantasy Football, Labor Day and our famous VS topic will be "College VS No College" - the gang discusses whether it is still a smart idea to attend college in an age where college is so expensive, and the ROI (return on investment) is just not that great since EVERYONE and their dog has a little college degree now.

The Sunday Jones Comedy Radio Show Episode 9 - KCMB News Kansas City

Only two episodes of The Sunday Jones left in this season! The reason that we created The Sunday Jones (and the meaning of the name) is that when football season came to an end in February, we didn't have anything to do on Sundays so we were "jones-ing" for football.

SOOOO.....With football season returning in two weeks, our last show will be Sunday September 1st.

In the meantime, we will be switching over to a new show that will air on Wednesdays called The Wednesday Hump. This show will be exciting and upbeat just like The Sunday Jones, but we will be focusing a little bit more on the Chiefs and the NFL along with some great comedy and special guests.

Comedy Radio in Kansas City - The Sunday Jones Episode 6

Episode 6 of The Sunday Jones Comedy Radio Show in Kansas City is on the air!  Today's guests are Marky Mark and his son Zach who has been recruited to play football at NWMS - our other spectacular guests include Mikey our technical producer, Josh and Michaela, and Adam and Carly.

Kansas City Metro Bus Shooting and Stabbing - the panel discusses the recent shooting and stabbing on the Metro and the fact that a group of people are putting together a "peace watch" team of amateur "bodyguards" who are going to ride the buses through the ghetto and watch out for problems. These ad hock groups are not sanctioned by the Metro OR the City of Kansas City so they are a lawsuit waiting to happen!

The Kansas City Chiefs - with the Chiefs getting ready to play their first preseason games the panel discusses the improvements they have made etc.
